Labor Day may be upon us, but we're not ready to say good-bye to summer quite yet.
Of course this Amanatsu & Lemon Citrus Jam from Kankitsu Labo is delicious on toast or over yogurt, but this citrusy, sunny, zesty cocktail is something we've been making all through the summer months. Come January, these are will be the flavors we return to. Just close your eyes and picture a summer sunset!

Gin & Jam
Don't forget the cocktail umbrella!
2 ounces gin
1 heaping teaspoon citrus jam
1 can of lemon seltzer (you'll only need some of this)
Lemon slices
1. Add gin and jam to your cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake well.
2. Strain into a glass of ice, top off with lemon seltzer.
3. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Pro tip:
Got an almost-empty jam jar? Mix the entire cocktail right in the jar!
