Refund policy

Refunds

We hope you love everything in your order, however we understand you may need to make a return or exchange for something different.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on greeting cards, specialty food, holiday items or items marked FINAL SALE. Items must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet this criteria. Please see “Online Returns” below regarding all online returns and refunds. 

Refunds are issued to the card/method of payment used for purchase. Please allow 3 - 5 business days from the date of return (or from the date received, if shipped) for the refund to post to your card/bank.

R&D Goods does not offer price adjustments on sales.
R&D Goods is not responsible for damage as a result of daily and/or typical usage.

In-Store Returns

We accept returns for refunds for items returned to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items must be returned to us in original packaging, unused, in sellable condition, and with original receipt. 

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet this criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue your refund immediately in-store.

Refunds are issued to the card/method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account. 

Online Returns

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery receipt. If you would like to start a return, please email us at info@rdgoodsbklyn.com with your order number and the items that you would like to return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be posted within 2 weeks of initial return request to be eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Please ensure your returns are safely packaged for shipping, as we cannot refund items that have been damaged on their way back to us. 

Once we have received your order in good condition we will process your return and refund your payment method minus the cost of shipping. The cost of original and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please allow 3 - 5 business days from the date of return (or from the date received, if shipped) for the refund to post to your card/bank.

Any exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order has been damaged in shipping, please contact us at info@rdgoodsbklyn.com with images of the damaged items within 4 days of delivery receipt. We are not responsible for items lost during transit.

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped. All cancellations incur a 3% restocking fee. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@rdgoodsbklyn.com.
