A James Beard award-winning cookbook author, Hetty's most recent book Linger focuses on community and connection through vegetable and salad centric recipes. Hetty is a regular contributor to New York Times Cooking and has a weekly Substack "To Vegetables, With Love".
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Ilene Rosen is a chef, co-owner of R&D Goods and founder of R&D Foods. As a champion of vegetable-focused cooking—she was cooking seasonally long before it became mainstream. Ilene is the author of James Beard award-winning cookbook Saladish.
Originally formed in 1985 by Wynne Noble, the legacy of Brooklyn-based Noble Plateware lives on through Stiliani Moulinos, current owner and chief creative officer. In 2025, the Noble x Hetty "Linger Serving Bowl" was born– a natural collaboration formed from mutual passions for creation and obsession for the small details that make daily life feel beautiful.
Founded over 50 years ago, CHiPS is a community meal provider, food pantry, and shelter for women with young children. With community meals and food pantry programs open six days a week, CHiPS serves as a beacon of hope to thousands of friends and neighbors in need– supporters and volunteers keep the doors open, the meals hot, and the food plenty.
