Flat Rate Shipping Fees
Orders up to $100 > $10 shipping fee
Orders $100 - $250 > $15 shipping fee
Orders $250 and up > $25 shipping fee
General Shipping Policies
Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped from our storefront in Brooklyn, NY to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. R&D Goods is not responsible for any delay in shipping or delivery issues once a shipment has been dispatched and tracking information sent to the customer, including any items abandoned or failed to be received.
Any shipping costs incurred by R&D Goods due to refused or "returned to sender" packages are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items returned in this manner will be assessed for a refund and any costs incurred by R&D Goods will be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer.
In-Store Pickup Policies
Free in-store pickup is an option available at the time of checkout for eligible items. Pickup orders are fulfilled at our store, located at 600 Vanderbilt Avenue, and are fulfilled within 2 days. You will receive an email notification when the order is ready to collect. If you wish to place an in-store pickup order and collect within the same business day, please call us (347-897-6202) ahead before placing your order to confirm.
In-store pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days to be eligible for return. After this time, the order will be considered final sale and no refunds or exchanges can be provided. In-store pickup orders will be held for 60 days, after which the order will be canceled without notice, refund or exchange not applicable. Collected in-store pickup orders follow our regular in-store return policy. Please note: we cannot accept returns on greeting cards, specialty food, holiday items or items marked FINAL SALE. Items must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet this criteria.
Refunds are issued to the card/method of payment used for purchase. Please allow 3 - 5 business days from the date of return (or from the date received, if shipped) for the refund to post to your card/bank.
