Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Shipping Fees
Orders up to $100 > $10 shipping fee
Orders $100 - $250 > $15 shipping fee
Orders $250 and up > $25 shipping fee

General Shipping Policies
Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped from our storefront in Brooklyn, NY to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 2-3 business days of receipt.

Any shipping costs incurred by R&D Goods due to refused or "returned to sender" packages are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items returned in this manner will be assessed for a refund and any costs incurred by R&D Goods will be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer.
