Crafted from tart Hudson Valley apples and 100% pure New York Grade A maple syrup, this raw, unfiltered vinegar is slowly fermented and aged for over six months in new toasted oak barrels. The result is a complex, well-rounded vinegar with deep notes of wood-fired maple and bright acidity. Perfectly balanced between sweet and sour, it elevates vinaigrettes, dressings, shrubs, and cocktails — and adds a distinct twist to both sweet and savory recipes.
