We love a chili crisp! Boon's chili sauce brings a different flavor profile to the table with the inclusion of fennel seeds and hints of anchovy. Kicked-Up Canned Beans
A one-pot pantry meal is always a good thing to have in your back pocket.
1 can of tomatoes (or homemade sauce, if you have it)
1 can of cannellini beans, drained
1/2 cup pancetta strips (or guanciale, or bacon)
1 tbsp Boon Chili Sauce (or as much as you'd like!)
Grated Parmesan
1. Sauté the pancetta, cook until golden and the fat renders. Remove from pot and drain on a paper towel. Try not to snack on them!
2. Add the tomatoes and drained beans, stir until heated through.
3. Add the Boon Chili Sauce and lardons, stir again.
4. Garnish with grated parmesan.
